Confirm your time. You will arrive one hour prior to the time listed.
- Party bookings require a non refundable deposit to hold your date and time. Once your deposit is received your party is confirmed.
- If your requested time slot is not available, we will contact you with an alternate option.
- Please contact us with your chosen party theme (list is at the facility) and child’s information.
- You will receive a party contract via email, please review it as it confirms your time and important information about your party. PLEASE do not sign it without reviewing it as we cannot make changes the day of the party.
- We will reach out 1-2 weeks prior to your party to ensure you do not have any questions. We will also ask for your guest count at this time so please ask for rsvps to come a minimum of 1 week prior to the party.
